By using Brain you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them readable. If anything is unclear, email legal@aistack.dev and we'll explain in plain language.

The service

Brain by AIStack provides a self-hosted, open-source retrieval platform and an optional hosted edition. Source code for the open-source edition is licensed separately under its repository's LICENSE file.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, rotate your API keys from the dashboard and contact us.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Brain to violate the law, infringe rights, or send spam.
  • Don't reverse-engineer security controls or attempt to access other tenants' data.
  • Don't index content that you don't have rights to process or store.

Plans and billing

Pricing is shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time from settings → billing — your plan stays active until the end of the current period.

Service-level commitment

Pro plans target 99.9% monthly uptime; Enterprise plans receive a written SLA. Service credits and remedies are described in your specific plan agreement.

Termination

Either of us can terminate this agreement at any time. On termination we delete your project data within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll notify you by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
